Cannot go to my account when installing source tree. When clicking "go to my Atlassian", there is a 404 wage on the website. When clicking "use an existing account", a page reporting wrong displays.

I would expect this installation loop to happen because the deep-link callback that tells Sourcetree your login was successful. Can you temporarily disable or review your active browser security extensions, strict cookie blocker settings, or local antivirus firewall rules before running the setup again?
You could also copy the accounts.json into the same Sourcetree folderfrom another device that is running the Login/Setup successfully.
