Unable to launch or re-install Sourcetree

Hello, I am unable to launch Source tree. I tried uninstalling the program to re-install. But now the program won't even install anymore. 

I will usually see the splash screen, it will appear in the task manager, but then it disappears again. 

How can I please fix this issue? I've been using Source tree for my project for 3 months and it worked without any issues, until now.
