Unable to install Sourcetree on AWS workspace

I have downloaded the latest source tree version "3.4.14" and after the .exe file is downloaded I am trying to install and run the source tree on my aws but its not opening the source tree app at all, I have checked the task manager and see the installation of source tree was done properly but it is unable to open, I need support on this if anyone faced similar situation and have got any fix for this?

Welcome to the Atlassian community!
It sounds like you are using a virtual desktop environment without the graphics acceleration that the WPF interface requires. A corrupted user config folder could also cause the same silent failure. I would also confirm that the .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later is installed.

I found a registry value: DisableHWAcceleration you could try adding under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Atlassian > SourceTree. You could also try to rename or delete the SourceTree folders at %LocalAppData% and %AppData% so a clean profile is created on the next launch.
