The my.atlassian.com/license/sourcetree page shows 'Page Not Found' because newer Sourcetree versions no longer require a license agreement or account sign-in to operate. There’s nothing to retrieve there anymore. If you're using an older version that still asks for a license, simply download the latest version from sourcetree.com, and the license step will be gone.
