Unable to Install Sourcetree in Windows 7 (64-bit)

I downloaded SourceTreeSetup 2.5.5 and tried installing on my windows machine. But it says installation failed with below setup log. : 

 

2018-06-18 14:59:13> Unhandled exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'WindowsBase, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

Hi 

Can you check you have .NET version 4.7.1 installed, you may need to reboot if you have recently upgraded the .NET framework.
