The release notes link for windows link to the sourcetree homepage

The link for release notes on the Upgrade popup on the windows version doesnt link to release notes, instead it opens up the sourcetree homepage.

Thanks for reporting this, it appears to be an intermittent issue as we can't reproduce it at the moment, but we will investigate further.
