The Source Path URL is incorrect

After a fresh install with the new client I now get a poorly formed URL and can't clone without manually changing the URL each time. This never happened before and wouldn't be a huge issue except I have to change it each time I clone a repo.

What am I doing wrong?

This version of SourceTree allows you to login to GitHub with your email address. Doing so succeeds in every way, until you Clone where it fails miserably because of how it crafts the URL. I don't recall the old version doing this.

Solution: Setup GitHub with your Username not your email address

Steps from the Clone Dialog

1. Click on the Globe Button
2. Click on Edit Accounts...
3. Delete your account, Edit didn't work
4. Add your account using your username
