Terminal is not launched from Sourcetree toolbar

When I clieck the Terminal button, nothing happens. I saw previous reports telling that it does not trigger the terminal if not in a repository, but in this case I am in  a repository, 100% sure.

This happens in Sourcetree Version 3.3.4 with git version 2.31.0.windows.1
