Staging / Unstaging lines does not refresh the view

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Clicking stage / unstage lines or stage / unstage hunk does not refresh the view. Following that, clicking again or attempting to stage other lines generates an error.
