Sourcetree still shows added secondary remote repos after they have been removed

All at command line, I added a 2nd repo to cherry pick one of its commits:

git remote add source <url>

git fetch source

git cherry-pick <SHA>

After I was done I noticed that the remote branches appeared in Sourcetree as branches "source/master" and "source/develop"

So I went to remove these sources from the repo.

git remote -v

showed my origin sources plus the other ones.

git remote rm source

seemed to work correctly because 

git remote -v

only shows my origin sources now.

But back in Sourcetree my external "source" branches are still there, in fact showing some new commits on those branches.

How can I get rid of these showing up in Sourcetree? I even did a fetch in Sourcetree but to no avail.
