Sourcetree silently fails to create a pull-request

I cannot create a pull-request for a certain branch, although i just have created some for other branches. It simply does nothing on "create pull-request".

What could be the reason?

i had this issue after migrating Bitbucket server to SSL. Resolved by updating the optional extended integration \ Legacy Account Settings
