Sourcetree setup has failed

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I downloadet Sourcetree on the official website ( https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/enterprise ), then started it. But the setup file has failed with an error "Installation has failed".
The log file actually says nothing more than Couldn't run Squirrel hook
