Sourcetree is not generating userhosts and password file

Hi,

When a user tries to install source tree application after the login, the user hosts and password files are not generating in appdata folder. We tried to re-install the application but still not working. Is there any workaround to solve this issue?

We have tried to clone the repo and getting "Error: fatal: authentication failed"

version 3.4.15
