Sourcetree does not open some of the submodules in a new tab when double-clicked

Hello,

I'm working on a project which contains many submodules. Some of them do not open in a new tab when double-clicked. I think it's a problem with the graphical interface, since those submodules are still being tracked internally. What could be happening?

Can you share a screenshot of the issue.  I wonder if it has to do with it properly loading.
