Sourcetree crashes a bit after starting becasue of EMauSubmissionService

I can enter Sourcetree and work in it for about 20 seconds and then it crashes. I have looked at the logs and this is the error:

So it crashes because of EMauSubmissionService. Can I disable that in any way? Because this is pretty big downside.

Do you have any pending Windows updates?  Have you restarted your computer and is it still happening after restarting?

I have added this to the user.config

<setting name="AnalyticsHasAgreed" serializeAs="String">

                <value>False</value>

            </setting>

and sourcetree didnt crash in the next 2-3 hours that I have tested it. Comment that suggested this said that it helps but doesnt resolve the problem so we will see.

Windows was updated last night so it might have been the update. I have restarted computer in hopes of fixing the problem but it didnt help.
