Sourcetree close when I clone a repository

Hi everyone i got a user the got a problem with Sourcetree. I install a fresh new install on Windows 11 and i install Sourcetree 3.4.11 at the latest version. Anytime I start a clone directly with Sourcetree the software close automaticaly but I can do the cloning in the Terminal and it's working. Can anyone got an idea i test a lot of answer i see on this forum and nothing work for now.
