I am using v. 1.6.3. If the file loaded in the "difference" window is too big, after I have staged a hunk the file will not reload in to the window - it has a couple of goes but the window remains empty.

The workaround is just to select another smaller, file, then the large file will load fine.

When enough hunks are staged, it reloads ok.
