Nice work, guys... Since I updated to the latest version, it hasn't started on Windows. I've already deleted the following folders, but nothing has changed:
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_<random_string>\<version_number>
What other options do I have besides reinstalling?

I would suggest reinstalling and seeing if it will start up again.
