SourceTree hangs for about 20 seconds starting with version 4.2.9

The native macOS SourceTree app is hanging for about 20 seconds for one of my projects, and I've narrowed it down to having started at version 4.2.9. Thank you for making older versions available for download here https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/download-archives that way I was able to downgrade to 4.2.8 and fix my issue. It still occurs on 4.2.12.

I don't know the cause, but one thing I know that this repo is different from my other ones is that it uses git-lfs.

I have an M1 Pro 16GB RAM.
