I have read the other threads on this topic and still don't understand whats happening with the graph view. I have master, develop and feature branches. As can be seen in the screenshot I have master and develop at tag 1.0. I have then created a new branch, modified a file and committed the change in the feature/goldcoast branch. So that means that feature/goldcoast is in a different state to master.

I expected to see a new branch appear in the graph line in Sourcetree, instead it simply shows the same blue line.

What aren't I understanding here ? feature/goldcoast is a new branch that has diverged from master / develop.

Sourcetree 3.0.1 (205)

If I make a change back on the develop branch I then do see the graph change.

Why doesn't the graph change when I make a change on feature/goldcoast resulting in that branch being different to develop ?
