SourceTree always starts up in "No staging" view

Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1607

SourceTree 1.9.6.1 (also affects 1.9.5.0, 1.8.3)

When I start SourceTree, it comes up in the "No staging" view.

If I change to "Split view staging", quit, and restart, it's back to "No staging".

(Is this even the right place to report bugs? Anyway, if I'm not alone, perhaps this may at least let somebody know that they aren't either.)

Me too. Version 1.10.18.1. Has been this way for a few months, not sure when it started, but its damn annoying
