SourceTree: Remove ignored files from Git repository

I've got a 3rd party library in my app that I don't want to bundle with the download on GitHub. I didn't come to this realization until I had already uploaded it to GitHub.

How do I go about removing the library's files from GitHub, using SourceTree?

You can change the File Status view to 'Show All', then select the files in question and right-click 'Stop Tracking', then commit.
