Source Tree Stuck Logging in "Please Wait"

MacOs 10.13
"Please Wait" is stay always what I need to do ?

I also got stuck, when I try to install source tree on windows. at step install it switches to the browser and there I was typing in my credentials. than "Please wait..." stays for ever. 

The installation hold at that point. No progress.

What can i do?

Can you provide the following information:

1. Are you using Sourcetree for Windows or Mac?
2. What browser are you using? f you're on Windows, can you make sure Internet Explorer is updated to the latest version? (Sourcetree relies on it for authentication)
3. Can you clean cache and cookies, and try again?
4. Have you tried a different network?
