For some reason the setup wizard won't progress beyond the "connect to online services" page. I have entered my GitHub info, and the "Next" button becomes blue. However when I press the "Next" button it greys out but nothign happens. I can make the button blue again by clicking inside the text fields, but the setup wizard never progresses beyond this point. Help?
