Problem Title Bar

The title bar has a problem. I just wanted to tell the community

I have the same problem.  A co-worker pointed it out to me.  Should we log a bug somewhere?  We're also using Windows 7.

Having the same problem on Windows 7.

Also, as it seems to me to be related, I can no longer drag the window to another monitor while SourceTree is currently maximized (and this happens at least both on W7 and W8.1 on my experience).

I'm not able to resize at the title bar (not getting the double arrow as I do at the bottom)
