Old projects persist on Source Tree for Windows

Everytime I start up Source Tree the same 2 old connections show up with any changes and new repository connections lost. I've tried deleting all bookmark references, local folders, everything to these connections, but they still show up upon start up with the new connections made in the previous session lost.

If that doesn't help, can you try deleting all accounts and then re-adding them (after a restart) to see if the new ones stay?

Clearing the preferences has solved the issue. Thanks for the help.
