OAuth authentication issues with SourceTree 3.4.12

I am trying to authenticate source tree with oauth but it is not working, after click refresh token button from Edit Hosting Account window it open login page on browser, and after successful login, it redirect to http://localhost:34106/.  but on that page i am getting 

can't reach this page error

How to resolve this problem?
