Not able to clone GIT repository using source tree.

I am getting authentication fail error.

While I am able to access GIT using WEB URL.Whenever I  tried to connect to GIT server using source tree my account got lock out

Hi Kuldeep, have you added a remote account already? If so, can you check that the credentials stored in Tools > Options > Authentication are correct?

If the problem persists, can you let us know:

  • From which system are you cloning (Bitbucket Server or Cloud, Github, etc...)?
  • Version of Windows
  • Version of SourceTree

You can also refer to Clone a repository into SourceTree to make sure you're following the right steps :)
