Not able to access JIRA account

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi Jira Support team,
Our outsource cannot able to access their JIRA account and getting the below error and somethime show the error "Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials". They have checked the browser settings and it allowing third party cookies of both browser-IE, Chrome.
Please help me to resolve their account.
