I keep logging into the bitbucket server and filling in the capcha seems fine - log into sourcetree refreshing pwd but when I try to clone I get the following...
Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks ls-remote http://172.20.18.123:7991/scm/sb/asn-sb.git
Output:
Error: fatal: remote error: CAPTCHA required
Your Bitbucket account has been locked. To unlock it and log in again you must
solve a CAPTCHA. This is typically caused by too many attempts to login with an
incorrect password. The account lock prevents your SCM client from accessing
Bitbucket and its mirrors until it is solved, even if you enter your password
correctly.
If you are currently logged in to Bitbucket via a browser you may need to
logout and then log back in in order to solve the CAPTCHA.

Hi
Try removing any relevant entries, that refer to your big bucket server host, from the Windows Credential Manager, they will be prefixed by 'git:' or 'sourcetree:', before you reset the CAPTCHA and the Sourcetree credentials.
It is possible that old, bad credentials are being stored in the Windows Credential Manager and that background Sourcetree/Git processes are picking them up and using them before you get chance to reset and reuse new, good credentials.
