Issue with adding GITHUB Enterprise account on mac. Save Button is a nop

Problem: Tried adding an ssh account to access a github enterprise.  The save button is enabled which indicates all required info is added.  When I press the save button, it does nothing and the window says open.  It looks like it does a no op.

Preference->Accounts->Add

Host: GitHub Enterprise

Protocol: SSH

Filled in required info

Save Button enabled

Press Save button.  Nothing happen and the modal still stays up.  Cancel works thou.

Version: 3.1.2(216)

System Git: 2.20.1

Embedded git-lfs 2.6.1
