Issue with Cloning Backlog Repository in Sourcetree

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Yuzuka.

I am trying to clone a repository from Backlog using Sourcetree, but after the "Authentication Required" screen appears (as attached), I entered the wrong username and password, which resulted in an error. Since I am unable to connect, I cannot proceed with the cloning operation.

I uninstalled Sourcetree and tried again, but the situation remains unchanged.

Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

Try deleting the credentials from the system's keyring then start again.
