Is it possible to use SourceTree as a diff tool?

Is it possible to use SourceTree as a regular diff tool? I really prefer the way it only shows the changes with context (like a patch).

If you mean for diffing things other than hg / git changes or commits, like just giving it two files, I'm afraid not. SourceTree gets the diffs from hg/git and then parses the output into a format it can render in the way you see.
