The documentation for IAR Embedded Workbench says that it works with any source code revision control system that is compliant to the SCC interface published by Microsoft. Is SourceTree compliant? (Perhaps the better question to ask would be, is Git compliant?)
There appear to be third-party solutions for this, such as http://www.pushok.com/software/git.html – but open source software like git generally isn't that interested in catering to proprietary interfaces like that. It might be if Microsoft were actually interested in creating open standards instead of closed ones that you have to sign an NDA to get access to. Unfortunately, they apparently aren't.
