Interactive Rebase screen is blank

Hi,

When I try to do an interactive rebase (Select commit -> Repository -> Interactive Rebase) the screen is blank and contains no commits. I've tried reading online (i.e. tutorials) but I can find no solution to this issues. Please could you point me in the right direction?
