Installer stops after install but before registration

When I try to run the Sourcetree installer, on a Windows 7 machine, it looks like I get through the install stage but never reach the next step.

Here is a screen shot of the installer which looks different than all the documentation I find:

So I don't end up with an instance of Sourcetree on my machine.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This isn't an answer. I have the same problem on the newest WIndows 10.
