If the file encoding is big5, it will be garbled on the diff area of Sourcetree. How to resolve it?

If the diff file encoding is big5, it will be garbled on the diff area of Sourcetree. How to resolve it? Likes as the screenshot "01.png".
If I modify the encoding of the Sourcetree interface(Tools -> Options -> Default text encoding), my Branch information will become garbled. Likes as the screenshot "02.png".
Do I have a way to make the Sourcetree interface coding is "utf-8", only the coding of the Diff area is "big5"?
