I get an Error reading SSH_ASKPASS when trying to clone

I am trying to clone a repository and I get the following error message:

 

Command: hg identify extensions.hgext.hgsubversion=! ssh://cglinux@cgdcgame.org/home/cglinux/cgdcgame/game1
Output: remote: Error reading SSH_ASKPASS output for prompt: cglinux@cgdcgame.org's password:

Error: abort: no suitable response from remote hg!

Command: perl.exe C:\Users\irmas\AppData\Local\SourceTree\app-3.3.9\tools\svn.pl info ssh://cglinux@cgdcgame.org/home/cglinux/cgdcgame/game1
Output:
Error: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified
