Since this thread has been inactive for some time, is the issue still occurring for you? If so, I recommend right-clicking the Sourcetree shortcut and selecting Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings to override scaling, as a cut-off window typically indicates a display scaling issue. If that doesn't resolve the problem, try renaming the %LocalAppData%\Atlassian\SourceTree folder to force a reset of settings the next time you launch the application.
