How to solve "Loading Owners Failed" problem?

Hi there!
When I made a remote repository on Github, I always meet the below error message like:

Loading Owners Failed
An error occurred while trying to load owners for your account(???? - GitHub). You can view the server's response below.
Error Contents
message: You need at least read:org scope or user scope to list your organizations.

Really, I don't know how to solve the problem.
