How to add a self-hosted Gitlab account

Hello,

we have a GitLab EE installed on a self-hosted server but no license added (so it works like a CE). (So from Sourcetree perspective does it counts as a GitLab CE or EE?)

On the other hand I can use GitLab API from Postman with my personal access token:
https://mygitlabinstance.org/api/v4/projects?private_token=x4HQjyzPSwoJkTWmZi57
(I had to turn off "SSL verification" though...)

But, I cannot add my GitLab account to SourceTree using the very same PAT!
I tried it with both SSH and HTTPS.

The only message I get is "Authentication failed" and no entries in the "Process Log" window.

I am using SourceTree 3.1.3 on Windows.

Probably for the same reason I had to turn of SSL verification in Postman, Sourcetree cannot work. Is it possible to turn off SSL verification in Sourcetree, too?

Hello! You can disable SSL for git for Sourcetree under Options > Git. Not sure if it will help, but worth a try.
