When I try to push to my company repo using SourceTree, I get the following error:

Pushing to ssh://github.com/<companyname>/<folder>.git
tput: No value for $TERM and no -T specified
tput: No value for $TERM and no -T specified
error: failed to push some refs to 'ssh://github.com/<companyname>/<folder>.git'

How do I set the $TERM (or -T) environment variable in SourceTree?
