How do prevent Sourcetree from saving Passwords?

using System Git version 2.18.0 without windows credential manager (option during installation of git unticked)

When I clone a repository, i get asked to enter my Authentication Details.
Afterwards, they are saved in Options->Authentications->Git Saved Passwords.

I dont want to sourcetree to remember my password. How can i prevent this?

Sourcetree is just listing git credentials from Windows Credential Manager, you can delete them from there.

Sourcetree does expect Git to be using the GCM but if you don't install the GCM and you un-check the Allow Sourcetree to manage my credentials via the Git Credential Manager  in the Tools/Options/Git tab Sourcetree should enforce using the GCM.

I am finding this to be an issue, i have tried uninstalling, deleting all files, and reinstalling -- then unchecking the Allow Sourcetree to manage my credentials via the Git Credential Manager -- but sourcetree is still saving my github password,

This installation is on a machine used by other users and i want to have to enter my password every time i do anything for security.

Any ideas?
