How can i revert my project to an older commit and continue from there?

I searched everywhere and did not find a satisfactory answer so I ask this.

How can I revert my project to an older version(commit) and continue from there using Sourcetree? Right now when I do a hard reset I get a pull request for ALL the commits WHICH I DO NOT WANT! Also, the Hard reset button is greyed out. So even though the hard rest works I can't push because of the pull, and if I pull, all the unwanted commits are back again!! I do not want command line answers as I do not use the command line. I do not work with any teams. I am a solo developer using Bitbucket and Sourcetree software..

Can someone help me please.

I figured it out.

First checkout.

Then either branch or reset
