How can I manually download and apply 1.9.6.1 update patch ?

Hello. I recently install 1.9.6.0 which crash alot and probably is just the bug fixed in 1.9.6.1 but automatic update did fail as "Server understood the request, but refusing to fullfil it."

Is there a way to manually download and apply this update?

I've setup the proxy manually and by system default but the fail persist.

Not really an update but you just re-install on top of the old one.
