Help with simple Custom Actions

OS: Windows 8.1

SourceTree v1.6.5.0

How do I do a simple custom action through Sourcetree?

I have it pointing to a .bat file, which reads

git push

And this just hangs when I trigger it through Sourcetree

If I go to a command prompt, navigate to the directory, then do "git push", it works as expected.

What am I doing wrong?

What happens if you run the .bat file in the command prompt?
