Help: git log failed with code 128 error: Failed to traverse parents of commit ?

Still new to Sourcetree and seems I have messed up my github.com local repo for https://github.com/centminmod/centminmod with the error below

it seems to have messed up a majority of my local brances and checking them out results in error with blank uncommited status and spinning icon in app ?

Not sure how to fix it ? Or better to just start a fresh local repo and pull from github.com ?

If you have no local-only changes and the time for re-cloning the repo is acceptable, the easiest would be to clone it again and delete the current clone. If you really want to fix your existing clone, try this or this.
