Given a new install, sourcetree doesn't initialize but is alive in task manager

Sourcetree is installed but when it gets to open, it gets stuck like this;

The sourcetree log file shows this error;
2024-09-18T13:51:05: LogHost: Initializing to normal mode ERROR [2024-09-18 13:51:45,245] [1] [SourceTree.Notifications.NotificationsManager] [Log] - Unable to set owner as parent is not visible or non-existent

Already tried;

-Deleting sourcetree json file in every .git folder from my projects (doesn't make much sense since it is a fresh install)
-Deleting all folders inside /AppData/Local/Atlassian/ except for SourceTree folder

We're facing the same issue currently, after updating from version 3.4.28 (which worked well) to version 3.4.30 of Sourcetree; running on Windows.

We would be thankful for any ideas to solve this.
