Git actions are taking longer than usual.. Terribly slow

Hi Team..

I am facing terribly slow git actions using sourcetree tool..

The git  actions are faster when we do everything in local (c drive) But terribly slow when we checkout on to RHEL server..

Checking out to local (C drive) and copying to server is a work around. But would like to get this done seamlessly to RHEL server from Git using sourcetree..

Git - Microsoft Azure Git Repo

Destination - RHEL server 8.X
