Git Flow issue - New Feature can be started from Master and Develop, but it shouldnt.

When i start a New Feature, it gives me an option to start it from master or develop, but it shouldnt, the new Feature branch should be started from latest development branch only. 

Please check the attached images.

Is this something new with Sourcetree?
